BBFC report page tidyups #407

On https://www.blocked.org.uk/bbfc-reports

  1. Reported at: should refer to the date referred to BBFC
  2. Status: should list what mobile ISPs are blocking it
  3. Status: it should say "unblocked" if all MNOs are unblocking it (it does not matter if other ISPs block it)
  4. Status: should say "Block to be lifted" / "Block stays" / "Awaiting decision"
  5. On the left, by the URL, include the text of the original report rather than the whole submission to BBC

On individual reports, eg https://www.blocked.org.uk/bbfc-reports/view/http://castr.io

  1. Amend the "Current status" colour scheme, to show green for unblocked, and the usual red / pink colour for blocked.
