Make it clearer on the results page if adult-content filters have blocked the site #411

While the difference between state/court ordered blocks and (often optional) "adult content" filters might be inferred from a user journey from the front page, site owners seeing a shared results page are no longer given the context of blocks being as a result of optional filters.

As a result we've seen unnecessary requests for "unblocking" for clearly adult, yet legal, sites.

Please make it clear on the results page if blocks are due to "adult content" filters.
