There is a Review Block section in the ISP report section of the Blocked admin area. This lets an admin user say whether a block is in line with an ISP's policy or not. The bug is that we are showing the ISP's policy for some ISPs but not others. This makes it difficult for us to make this evaluation.
Request that we include some description in tickets (I am not clear what "review block section" is for instance, or why these are sometimes visible and sometimes not).
