Do you know the "time to solve" blocking reports?
(kinda connected - what are important metrics for Blocked.org.uk)
Would it p1$$ off ISP staff if they were sent "reminders"?

Yes, the metrics are evolving towards measuring performance and harm of the blocks reported. There's a few tickets open / recently closed on stats of various sorts, see https://github.com/openrightsgroup/blocked-org-uk/issues/372 for instance.
Since we have a lot of emails going missing at the ISP end, we could consider recording email 'opens' someway, for instance via a pixel tracker.
We could also record the 'delivered' status from our mail agent.
The fact of delivery and / or opening of the email could then also be exposed in the front end.
