Help unblock this website block #251

I would like us to:

simplify this down to 2-3 items, being:

"Is this block wrong?" Site name and description, with active link Two buttons, "report site", and "see another site"

Move this in much reduced for to underneath "More ways to check blocked sites"

This is done now. I've removed the list of blocking ISPs from this region, but it can be brought back if needed.
