Produce lower-level system diagrams #81

We have a high-level activity diagram of our core use-case on the wiki here: https://wiki.openrightsgroup.org/wiki/Censorship_Monitoring_Project_Functional_Spec

We should expand on this with lower level diagrams showing how we have instantiated and deployed that design. Ideally this would continue to use SysML or UML however even a text description would be better than nothing.

This will help project newcomers orient themselves.

I've added two Dia diagrams (+png versions) describing the queue processing. There's probably more that can be written about it though!
