Update readme #74

I tried to make the readme a bit clearer and add more details. let me know what you think, here is a list of the main changes:

match the variables in the example html output with the variables specified in project.yaml
condense all configuration options into one list that follows the structure of the action in the project.yaml
add reports_charts output needed to get the charts
