Currently, if a workspace has been archived on job-server, it is still visible on Airlock, and is indistinguishable from a non-archived workspace. This means you can make new release requests for archived workspaces, but when you go to jobserver, you con't see that workspace in your available workspaces.
We probably want to:
Update the job-server endpoint to return info about whether a workspace is archived
Still allow users (output-checkers only?) to view archived workspaces
Don't allow anyone to make release requests from archived workspaces
List archived workspaces separately/differently on the workspace list view
