Create styling (colour & ?icon) for file updated in workspace #446

In the workspace view, the workspace tree item for an updated has workspace_updated set, but could use some styling to make it obvious.

(The best way to reproduce is - create a request, review & request changes from output checkers, return the request, then update the file in the workspace on disk, update the sha256sum in the metadata/manifest.json file on disk)
