Closes #223

To remove double scrollbars we have:

Set up the page so that the min-height is the full size of the viewport
When the file browser pages are opened, we set the height to the full size of the viewport, and remove the min-height
When loading a file, the iframe height is determined by checking the height of the screen from the top of the <iframe>
This height is calculated on page load, on HTMX content change, and on browser window resize
