Currently, you need to wait a bit before you can properly do so.

If possible, we should make it so that there's no wait time once the codespace starts.

I believe this is pretty much done, or at least is acceptable.

The R Studio server starts a short while after the codespace does, but everything else is already installed ahead of the codespace starting.
