Can we change the report to show the impact of COVID on medication reviews for people with X disease?

Discuss with clinical informatics team to come up with the best disease/codelist

We should focus on getting something that Brian can show as early as possible in Jan (even if we hope to improve it further)

Acceptance criteria

Approval from Brian that the report (or screenshots of the report) is acceptable for his presentation
An understanding of how long the report will take to run on real data using Cohortextractor

Cohort extraction took around 9-10h (with relatively quiet server)
