Restyle of Org list template #2176

Update the org list template on Job Server to match the new component style system.

👉 Investigate why there is an Unknown org.

Acceptance criteria

The org_list.html template is updated to use the new styles
Any new components created can be used in other templates (and are listed in the PR)
Sign off from Seb or Ben G required

@tomodwyer – The unknown org is from me adding Orgs and Projects initially. It was for Projects/Users who I couldn't find an org for at the time. It's been some time since I did that migration though so I suspect that it can be resolved now.
