NHSD Oral Steroids codelist for COVID treatment #1058

Within the NHSD developed DM+D list of codes for Oral Steroids (part of the eligibility criteria for people to receive MABs or antiviral treatment for COVID), a single deprecated SNOMED code is present.

It is not clear if including the deprecated code will pick up eligible people historically. The issue remains unresolved, as per this related thread.

For now this code has been put into its own SNOMED codelist, and a decision on inclusion will need to be made when the analysis is run.

The rest of the list published by NHSD dm+d codes are available here (this also relates to #1059 )

This deprecated code does have equivalent for dm+d i.e. Prednisolone soluble 5mg but it does not appear to be in the dm+d list published by NHS Digital. To do this we should manually add this either to NHSD list or as standalone to be combined if we want to keep the NHSD list consistent with published version and update when changes occur.
