User has created codelists in their personal account (w/ @wjchulme ) and wishes for them to be moved to the OpenSAFELY org (again, with Will's approval) for greater discoverability/ability for others to utilise. Possible question re: duplication of COPD codelist to be resolved

@Jongmassey to find out:

If people can use a codelist in their study or if it needs to be part of an organisation. This will tell us how urgent this issue is.
Clarify how many codelists are involved.
From Peter/Becky if there is a process or precedent for moving codelists into the OpenSAFELY org.

Peter/Becky advised of how this is possible in UI. I've given Em some instructions and they're going to try and do this themselves.
