Revert addition of DiagrammeR and webshot2 packages #156

Fixes #155 Locally I have done the following so far:

Pull the pre-DiagrammeR image and tag it as latest
checkout commit 6a12a4814aca37f41ab867a6e10b2baba92ef08b (the one that represents the state of the repo when that image was built)
Add r-base-dev=4.0.5-1.2004.0 to dependencies.txt and run just add-package ggh4x@0.2.6 to add the changes from this PR that isn't being reverted

I have built but not yet published the rolled back image + dev/ggh4x
