libmagick++ missing #66

libmagick++ is installed in the Opensafely R image

It is not installed in the research template image (checked via dpkg -l | grep magick)

It is needed for knitr which is needed for rendering RMarkdown reports.

We install a missing library to make tidyverse work, I think we should do the same for this.

This error was encountered by Rose when trying to run an RMarkdown report in a codespace
