Fix TPP disk space monitoring #159

free disk space monitoring for TPP appears to have stopped working on Nov 13 https://ui.honeycomb.io/bennett-institute-for-applied-data-science/environments/prod[…]Q5UR8/a/h2BSRcxrNUk/Free-disk-space-on-TPP-?omitMissingValues

The data model in honeycomb appears to have changed - last old datapoint is Nov 13 12:00, first new one is Nov 13 14:00. Previously we had AVG(system.filesystem.usage) with where status=free, now we need AVG(system.filesystem.usage.free).

Just updated the dashboard & the trigger.
