Following codelist is used in SRO papers: https://www.opencodelists.org/codelist/opensafely/care-planning-medication-review-simple-reference-set-nhs-digital/61b13c39/

Codelist was originally taken from SNOMED-CT browser however is now marked as "Inactive" and "Nonconformance to editorial policy" on SNOMED-CT browser

Refset still exists and listed as supported on Digital Dictionary 4 Care

Is this just a case of updating the references on OpenCodelists?
