Based on some feedback, below are some improvements for both the main report and updating dashboard.

Add practice counts to the deciles chart. This will make it more obvious that the reports are run on different populations.
Move the intro text to the report metadata.
Make it more obvious in this metadata what backends the reports are run on.

All the relevant changes have been made to the reports. Once the dashboard has been rerun, this can be closed
