Priority variables #1

Study definition sets out measures of SMR use between 2019-01-01 and current date, at monthly intervals by various demographic variables.

Variables of interest (falls, hospital admission, care home status) with relation to this smr specification guidance have been added.

Analysis script generates time series plots as in SRO-pulse-oximetry repo.
