Amendment to the coverage_report_data.R script to convert the following three files from daily to weekly level (in order to reduce row count to below 5000 limit.

mabs-report/output/coverage/table_cum_eligiblity_redacted.csv
table_cum_treatment_redacted.csv
table_last_treatment_codes_redacted.csvConvert

Note, in order not to mess up any downstream code, no column names have been changed in the resulting output files.
