Hi Alex This is a PR:

  1. update the match.py from your matching repo.
  2. amend the match_running.py specifically for anticoagulant prior to COVID project
  3. match on age (within 1 year), sex, and practice ID
  4. Only have a fixed index date (1st March 2020) so specified the option: "replace_match_index_date_with_case": "no_offset",
