Minor change main analysis #27

Minor amendment after first-run on the server:

  1. change the df from 3 to 2 in 09 program because in the first-run, the initial values were not feasible
  2. add a do-file specifically for formatting general population dataset - because there's no warfarin/DOAC exposure in this population specified in the study definition so the old do-file which would format warfarin/doac variable cannot be used. This new do-file is created based on 01 program without formatting warfarin/doac exposure variable
  3. relabel the exposure variable for the second objective (Warfarin vs DOACs)
