@wjchulme - here's a list of things we should double check before running the code:

• check variable definitions
  • multimorb, immunosuppressed, cv - these are as usual, but just checking whether they should be updated / if the PRIMIS code lists have been reviewed?
  • timesincecovidadmitted - I've specified this as time since admitted rather than time since discharged. If they are still in hospital, they will be excluded here anyway.
• ok to delete planned admissions, as these weren't being used anywhere?
• check outcome definitions
  • covidadmitted - unplanned admission with covid code anywhere
  • covidddeath - death with covid code on death certificate
  • fracture - is this still going to be reviewed by the clinical team?
• only run Cox models for main analysis (i.e. KM only in subgroup analyses) - discuss at next vaccines meeting
