Just having a first look at Ambulatory Care Sensitive Conditions, unfortunately the internet archive is down for maintenance at the moment and the original link at NHSD is no longer valid. Are these tied to a specific NHS Outcomes Framework indicator that could be referenced? Thanks, Jon
