User Requirements*

The ISARIC COVID-19 case report form collects data on patients medical history. A detailed completion guide collects data on patients medical history. A planned ISARIC validation study requires a series of SNOMED CT codelists to replicate as closely as possible the details given in the ISARIC case report form. This codelist is designed to identify patients with portal hypertension, to be used in combination with cirrhosis codelists as to define mild versus moderate/severe liver disease.

@chrisjwood16 Think this looks fine but suggest we acknowledge that we have only looked specifically for the diagnosis of PH and not the symptoms/complications (varices etc) as they are not mentioned on the questionnaire/ISARIC guidance, in case others want to use in the future and are looking for a more inclusive codelist.
