**User Requirements***
The ISARIC COVID-19 case report form collects data on patients medical history. A detailed completion guide collects data on patients medical history.
A planned ISARIC validation study requires a series of SNOMED CT codelists to replicate as closely as possible the details given in the ISARIC case report form.
This codelist is designed to identify patients with active tuberculosis for which they are receiving treatment.

Sensitivity versus specificity / Relevant definitions
Only patients patients currently receiving treatment for tuberculosis. The codelist should not capture latent tuberculosis.

Individual drugs listed with codes under anti-TB medications. Excluded as nil usage in 2022, and many are non-specific to TB.
Important limitations
This codelist cannot itself determine whether someone is on active treatment because treatment is mostly prescribed in secondary care and secondly because patients will not have active TB removed from their record. It will need to be used as a diagnosis within a certain number of months of the index event in the study
