User requirements

This codelist is used to identify supply of any medication included in the Pharmacy First Patient Group Directions for treatment of sore throat.

The salts for erythromycin are not specifically mentioned on the PGD. Not loads of use according to OP, but perhaps should all be included?

I've gone with an include everything that could match the PGD approach. The study will hopefully be able to filter to only medications supplied under Pharmacy First so I would look to keep these all in.
