We need this for exclusion criteria

Any prescription of chloroquine phosphate or chloroquine sulfate between 1 September 2019 and 1 March 2020

I agree with the codelist.

I would suspect though that most chloroquine will be purchased OTC for malaria prophylaxis, and therefore won't show up in patient records.
