Modified up to table1 to carry forward changes to allow us to run specific models on specific subpopulations.
I'm pushing this up since I've done quite a bit today.
to dos/fix: Venn function in create_project_actions is commented out because it doesn't yet work with the new model name specifications
the YAML has models included that shouldn't be included going off the outcome_tracker
see what's going wrong in the data cleaning/table 1 phase to cause it to have nothing to aggregate in table 1
