Update table 2 and aer #283

Updates to table 2: add columns for sex and age specific values for unexposed days and events and covid case counts. Needed to calculate age/sex specific AERs - some issues with loops through age/sex values required for different age categories.

Updated table2 to output all age/sex specific variables required for AER analyses Currently not running locally as "cohort" missing in active_analyses table - not sure if this has been removed or my local files are out of date...
