Add the file CVD_vax_figure_main to update.R file as a reference to get figure 1 with multiple cohort results per panel. This is to be updated according to new results for vax/unvax cohorts, time points, file names, and add prevax cohort results...

I updated this script and have moved it to this branch https://github.com/opensafely/post-covid-vaccinated/tree/update-figure-scripts so that all tje updated figure scripts are in the same place.
