Update VSCode settings with Gitpod default #38

So that desktop and Gitpod are consistent.

By contrast, the default for desktop Visual Studio Code is that auto saving is disabled. Not sure what's best; we could equally just disable auto save. But it's good to define something so that the behaviour is consistent everywhere.

That is, I'm happy to change auto save to off instead.
