worms_v1_LT.xlsx Thanks for this! I think we should be quite specific - 'helminths' might cover any of them. You can buy mebendazole over the counter so hopefully if someone has presented to the GP they will get a code and be quicker than looking at prescriptions. Are you ok to crossmap these or do we need to ask Caroline or Alex?
Thanks @laurietomlinson

I'm struggling to find the right SNOMED chapter! Can you help?

I think I can do the mapping now - @CarolineMorton can you send me the link to the instructions?
Thanks!
Sorry @hjforbes I haven't done any mapping so am no use. Hope Caroline can helpor could Anna?
You need to send the lists to Christ Bates. I normally just send him a link to this issue on Slack or you might want to email him.
Great - thanks @CarolineMorton
Also I'm struggling to identify the right SNOMED codes for worms, from the browsers. The codes don't say worms! Would you mind looking which chapter we need?
Thanks! Harriet
I would search for helminth
Great - you need to email these forms to Chris Bates at TPP to get them mapped. Do you have his email? If not, slack msg me and i will send across. The lists get emailed back.
Just emailed him a link to this git issue 👍
I think he doesn't have access to the repo anymore so best to email lists across. Apologies this has changed from last time.

Draft Read code list here: @laurietomlinson can you review this? I searched for worm and helminth. If you can think of any other search terms please let me know. worms_v1.xlsx
Should we also look for treatment for worms (i.e. MEBENDAZOLE)?
