correct criteria for de-reg date moved hh size restriction into STATA file, so it's clear how many get dropped removed ITU from outcome definition

I've added an exploratory age stratified analysis, but not formatted it to output into tables as yet.

I'm assuming that where care_home_type=="U" this indicates it is not a care home?
