revisions following weighted run #35

  1. add i. to do file 16 (so exposure is categorical, not linear)
  2. summarise all variables from initial extract in do file one (after coverting dates from string to STATA dates)
  3. check all tabs and counts are safetabs and safecounts
  4. add winexc in front of descriptive tables, to speed up processing time
  5. star out weighting, to reduce time
  6. rename log files to match do file names
