Bits from above/extra clarifications as discussed with @ccunningham101: Let me know if anything unclear or if you need input.
[x] If simple to change adjust title to cover that this also covers treatments and sore throat/tonsillitis:
Group A streptococcal cases and treatments during the COVID-19 pandemic: {start_date} through {end_date} by week
[CC]
[x] Any antibiotic - add info on why chosen - add erythromycin The following antibiotics are included: phenoxymethylpenicillin, amoxicillin, clarithromycin, azithromycin, erythromycin, flucloxacillin, cefalexin and co-amoxiclav. This is based on the antibiotic recommendation given in NHS England Group A streptococcus in children: Interim clinical guidance summary 22nd December 2022 . [CC]
[x] Move data notes to make more obvious Change "Medication data" to "Prescribing data" to better match headings Add this under Antibiotic Prescribing heading - can repeat under other headings if needed: Note: Prescribing data is based on prescriptions issued within the Electronic Health Record. Prescriptions may not always be dispensed or in some cases the dispensed item may differ from the prescribed item due to the use of a Serious Shortage Protocol. Add this under Recorded Clinical Events heading - can repeat under other headings if needed: Note: Clinical events data is based on a clinical code being added to a patients record. This is often added by a clinician during a consultation to indicate the presence of a sign/symptom (e.g. sore throat) or that a clinical diagnosis has been made (e.g. Scarlet Fever). These codes do not necessarily indicate positive test results.
[ ] Can "Events in the latest week" be changed to "Prescriptions in the latest week" (or should it be "Patients with at least one prescription in the latest week") for medications
[x] Change references of "Strep A sore throat" to "Sore throat/tonsillitis" [CC]
[x] Add summary of study from application - I will write draft here
[x] Clearly define count (of people) and rate of people. Check y-axis consistent and match this.
