this password has been rotated
this password was not used anywhere else, as far as I know
this database only ever contained dummy data
the database server has been turned off, with a view to being destroyed soon if nothing breaks

oh, no wait, it's in all the notebooks too, will update those...

Presume CI is failing by design - because notebooks can't access the db server - so merging.
