*DISEASE* Endocrine excluding diabetes #61

We have put endocrine disease in the study analysis plan. However we currently do not have a read code list for this? Does LSHTM have one? @hmcd @krishnanbhaskaran @hjforbes

Hello, we agreed to ask Caroline Minassian at lshtm for thyroid codelists- I haven't yet got to this, as think this was a second round one?

Ah yes, I remember that now. Sorry lost track of all the covariates.

It is in the first round stats analysis plan on google doc which is what I was working from. We can remove from that.
