How many Covid presentations and deaths in ECDS are also in SGSS (lab results)

Note patients may appear many times in SGSS for repeat testing, with different results. We have two tables: SGSS_Positive and SGSS_Negative
For ECDS we have two tables: ECDS and ECDS_EC_Diagnoses, where the predominant SNOMED diagnosis code for Covid is 1240751000000100 (might also be possible to find codes ending in 2, 6, or 9).

Another user of related data has sent the following comment:

we're finding two issues with the recent sus data, which (if you don't already know) might be of interest.

clinical coding on hosp records has gone down a lot because trusts are being given block payments to reduce coding admin burden. so we have the record and specialty area but not diag/op coding.

frequent sus submitters historically are not necessarily frequent sus submitters currently.
