Can you tell us more?

Looks like EITI is tracking down state-owned companies. We should include these and see if we cannot get OpenCorporates to let us harvest directors.

for the opencorporates part, should we email to ask permission? and then add it as an input to the opencorporates enricher?

We got curiosity for now. Let's add it for other reasons - we need to start thinking about SOEs some time, and they're relevant to PEP data, I'll talk to OC to see if we can locally import directors for this.
