Is there are any guidelines we want to establish on these?

During the last SteerCo meeting we discussed standardizing documentation across projects. We had worked on two mark down files called contributing.md and README.md. The task is to update the project guides to follow the new templates. Template link is found in slack or in the SteerCo folder on drive.
