Create FAQ Page #40

Create a page that contains the FAQ content provided by SD Hunger and CFPA. Similar to About.vue, maybe with some anchors on the FAQ Items.

Let's link this from the homepage "Learn More", and in the footer under the "About" column

I didn't see a pull request, so i just merged it from my local. Next time set up a PR!
