Create Newsletter List / Signup #45

After talking with some districts, it would be good to keep people informed of updates to the algorithm / product, as well as upcomgin webinars and so on.

Task - setup a mealscount newsletter (maybe in the Open San Diego account) to send ongoing updates about MealsCount
