GIS data/visual

@jerryHall mentioned there is someone in our group with GIS experience. If you have GIS experience and would like to work on this project, please respond to this issue. I have very little experience in this area but these are the big picture things I think GIS will help us with, if I am wrong please let me know.

• take in street sweeping information from a database
• take in an address
• compare address to street sweeping information
• create a visual map depicting the address with colors on each street representing their sweep day/time
• the decision output (day/time) also needs to be available in a text form for us to use in other processes

Hi @ttglennhall - I do have GIS experience and I can jump if needed. @milafrerichs should also be able to help, since he already did the first import from table to GeoJSON, and I believe he does have GIS experience in general ;-)

Yes, I have GIS experience and would be happy to help. The GeoJSON I generated for District 1 should be a good starting point to display the schedule on a map.
