.NET - NOASSERTION is displayed for PackageCopyrightText even when Copyright text exists #53

Observed that NOASSERTION is displayed for PackageCopyrightText even when Copyright text exists. As per below logic copyright text should be displayed image

Not able to validate now as NOASSERTION is displayed for PackageLicenseConcluded/PackageLicenseDeclared. Testing blocked due to https://github.com/spdx/spdx-sbom-generator/issues/154 image
