Combine deps and deps2 images again, no chance for CircleCI builds. #11

The split was introduced in the hope to get under the new(-ish) 1h build limit on CircleCI. As that's not really stable we basically can't build the MXE base images on CircleCI anymore. So no need to make things more complicated with fine grained images.
