Deploy OpenScanHub to the production environment #52

We currently only deploy to the staging environment. This issue tracks deploying to the production environment on the Fedora infrastructure, i.e. https://openscanhub.fedoraproject.org/ should be working.

I have discussed this issue with @nirik earlier, and we do not see any blockers to deploy on the production. Although I plan to perform some more testing on the staging environment before deploying to production.

First production deployment was successful and can be accessed through https://openscanhub.fedoraproject.org/.

The deployment behaved as expected with https://github.com/openscanhub/fedora-infra/issues/53. The process of documenting the deployment is tracked through https://github.com/openscanhub/fedora-infra/issues/26. So I am going to close this issue.
