This github action allows creating screenshots in the CI on a manual trigger.

Sorry for not reviewing, this pull request flew past me. Do we not need this manual step any more?

Not the way it was. It was implemented storing the new screenshots as artifacts. In the oscd-component repository we found a more convenient way by comiting the changed screenshots.
